By making a reservation, entering the premises of Purr & Plate, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
The wellbeing of our feline family is our absolute highest priority. To ensure our cats remain stress-free and happy, all guests must strictly adhere to the following rules:
Note: Staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave (without a refund) if they are seen mistreating the cats or repeatedly breaking these rules.
Due to high demand and limited seating to ensure the cats are not overwhelmed, reservations are highly recommended.
We welcome guests of all ages, however, to maintain a calm environment for our animals, the following age policies apply:
Children under the age of 12 must be closely supervised by an adult at all times (maximum ratio of 2 children per 1 adult). Running, shouting, and chasing the cats is strictly prohibited. If children are unable to interact gently with the cats, the party may be asked to move to a cat-free zone or leave the premises.
Allergies: If you suffer from severe feline or food allergies, you enter Purr & Plate at your own risk. While our kitchen is strictly separated from the cat lounge, cross-contamination of pet dander is inevitable in a cat café.
Animal Behavior: Cats are living animals and their behavior can be unpredictable. While all our resident cats are socialized and vaccinated, there is always a minor risk of a scratch or bite. By entering, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Purr & Plate is not liable for any injury or damage to personal property caused by the cats.
We love when guests take photos of our beautiful cats! However, flash photography is strictly prohibited as it can damage the cats' eyes and cause them distress. Please ensure your flash is turned off before taking any photos.
If you are filming for commercial purposes, prior written consent from management is required.
